OVERVIEW
Chrisna Riche Attorneys specialises in Conveyancing and all other aspects of Property Law as well as all matters that require litigation in the High Court, Regional Court or Magistrate's Court. We have vast experience in the field of Property Law enabling us to assist our valued clients with the structuring of their transactions.
As a convenience to our clients and to expedite registrations, we offer Conveyances, Notaries and Commissioner of Oaths who are responsible for visiting the homes or offices of clients to sign up transfer and bond documents.
We also go to, amongst others, the relevant Deeds Offices, Local Councils and Banks daily to ensure a faster flow of documents and to further expedite every aspect of the property transaction.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Chrisna obtained her law (LLB) degree from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2003 (Previously known as the University of Port Elizabeth or UPE). From 2004 to 2005 Chrisna completed her articles with an established and prestigious firm in Port Elizabeth called Greyvensteins Incorporated. She was admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in 2005 and in 2006 she became a director at Greyvensteins Inc.
Chrisna decided to relocate to Johannesburg and start Chrisna Riche Attorneys in 2009. The company has secured numerous corporate clients such as FNB Trust, Sanlam Trust, Remax, Pam Golding, Rawson Properties, Master on Call, Vic Marini Properties, Start Properties, Seal the Deal Properties, Realnet, JonJay Properties and Independent Trustees to name a few.
